Lesson Five: "Book of Revelation Explained".

It is a fact that many Christians, Pastors, and churches do not accurately teach what the book of Revelation is really saying, if they teach or preach it at all, so I will try to clear up some of the misconceptions brought about by many wrong teachings and mistranslations.
The word Revelation means: unveil or uncover hidden truths.

N O T E 1:
The book of Revelation can actually be broken down into segments as follows:
1) Things which thou hast seen: John's vision of Christ in the midst of the candlesticks, this is the introduction to the whole book.
2) Things which are: 7 letters to the 7 churches of the whole church age then but still apply even now until the rapture of the church just before the future tribulation and coming of the Antichrist who will be here for at least 7 years which is the tribulation period.
3) The things which must be hereafter: events after the rapture of the church, including sceens in heaven, 7 seals and the results of them being opened, the new heaven and the new earth coming down from heaven where they are being prepaired right now for all of the saints, the beginning of the new Millennium, events of the conclusion of this age and the defeat of Satan at armageddon.

N O T E 2:
Revelation is a book of Prophecy that was transmitted from God to Christ, to the angel, to John, to all churches, to all of us today.

There are 7 rules regarding Prophecy:
1) Understand prophecy as history written beforehand.
2) Give the same meaning to words of prophecy as you do the words of history.
3) Do not seek for hidden meanings.
4) Do not think prophecy must be fulfilled before it can be understood.
5) Do not interpret God's own interpretation of any thing in prophecy.
6) Take all prophecy literally unless it is clear that it cannot have a literal meaning, then get the literal truth conveyed by the figurtive language.
7) Let the Bible be it's own interpreter.

Revelation chapter 1:

Verse 1 to 3:
From Christ to John and all future servants. The whole church age that is in motion from John’s days throughout eternity.

Verse 4 to 6:
The seven churches - all were sent the Holy Spirit by God to hover over them and guide them in the ways they should live for Him. The seven spirits - are symbolic of the Holy Spirit hovering over the seven different churches always being ready to guide them.

Verse 7 to 8:
Only those who are in Jerusalem where Christ lands (Zech.14:1-5) and the decendants of those who pierced Him (Jews) (Zech.12:10) as well as the armies of the nations that will surround Jerusalem when Christ returns with His raptured saints (Zech.14:1-5) (Mat.24:29-31) will see Him. People in distant parts of the earth will not see him until later. (Isa.2:2-4, 66:19-21, Zech. 8:23)

Verse 9:
John begins his testimony and tells us that he and we are partakers with Christ in tribulation or troubled times and in the Kingdom to come down from Heaven.

Verse 10:
In the spirit - means to yield fully to and be in union with the Holy Spirit. The Lords day - means the day of worship.

Verse 11:
Christ tells John to write a book of what he is about to see and to send it to the seven churches.
There were seven visions and instructions given for each individual church in Asia.
The churches were as follows: Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamos, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, Laodicea.

Verse 12 to 15:
Seven candle sticks - Symbol of the seven churches.

Verse 16 to 17:
Seven stars - Symbol of the pastors of these churches.

Verse 18 to 19:
The Keys - Symbol of Power and Authority over Hell and eternal death.

Verse 20:
Seven stars again - It says angels but was translated wrongly.
It should read messengers for the original document uses the Greek word “Aggelos” that means messengers or Pastors.

Revelation chapter 2: (Christ’s messages to the seven chrches)

Verse 1 to 7:
Ephesus - was a great commercial center in Asia Minor a Turkish village known for the temple of
Diana a false god.
This city is now covered with ruins and there were no true Christians there. They walked away from God and worshipped the idol of Diana. They were told to repent and turn back to God but they didn’t.
God and the Ephesians hated the Nicolaitans who followed Nicolaus the leader of unbelievers who practiced and taught impure and immoral doctrines such as having more than one wife and that adultery and fornication was not sinful. They also ate meats offered to idols and said it was lawful. This was the same as the doctrines of Balaam and Jezebel.

Verse 8 to 9:
Smyrna - a city in Turkey called Ismir today. Some of them blasphemed God and served Satan by lying and saying they were Christian Jews, but they were not.

Verse 10:
The devil lead some of them to get thrown into prison where they were tested for ten days. They didn’t live long enough to repent or to be faithful.

Verse 11:
Notice the promise of eternal life is only for overcomers.

Verse 12 to 16:
Pergamos - a town in Mysia. They did the works of God, held fast to Christ’s name, and did not deny the faith. Antipas was the bishop of Pergamos and was put to death for his faith in Christ being enclosed in a brazen bull idol where Satan and his demons dwell. It was only some of them that worshipped Balaam and they were told to repent or else.

Verse 17:
Hidden manna - unknown Heavenly food that will be provided in Heaven. White stone - known as victory stones given in ancient times as evidence of being pardoned and set free by the judge. The name written on it gives the person a right to be supported forever at the expense of the government.
There were also black stones that indicated the person was condemned.

Verse 18 to 25:
Thyatira - a city in west Turkey. They did the works of God , charity, service, faith, patience but they added works of their own as they were taught by a woman with the Jezebel spirit who called herself a prophetess.
The meaning of the word Reins is Innermost mind or Soul. They called their doctrine “The Depths Of God” but Christ called it “The Depths Of Satan”

Verse 26 to 29:
All saints will be kings or priests under Christ and will rule the earth forever. The Morning Star - this is Christ Himself.
Revelation chapter 3: (Christ’s messages to the seven churches: (continued)

Verse 1 to 6:
Sardis - ancient capital of Lydia. They performed many works but not for The Lord. They had a reputation of being a live church but were really dead and meaningless before God with very few godly members. Only the few that were truly righteous were promised eternal life.

Verse 7 to 8:
Philadelphia - was south east of Sardis. The lord loved them because they did the works He said to do. They kept his words and had strength, power, and authority given by the Holy Spirit and never denied the name of Jesus Christ or His words.

Verse 9 to 10:
The Lord said He will cause those who lie and say they are Christian Jews but really follow Satan’s ways to worship at the feet of Philadelphia in order to show that He loved this church. This testing with tribulation happened to all the churches in John’s days.

Verse 11 to 13:
They were told to hold fast to what they had in order to not loose their crown in the kingdom to come. This verse is talking about the tribulation that is coming soon in these last days. It proves that Christians can loose their crown by following false prophets and their teachings.

Verse 14 to 16:
Laodiceans - located in Phrygia west of Colosse. The meaning of “Amen” is The Truth, The one who began creating all things. Their works were done for men and self not for God. They were neither cold nor hot but God saw them as luke warm and nauseating since they were full of pride and self satisfaction.
They were ignorant of their true state of being and would not admit it when told about it. Speue out is only a figure of speech but The Lord allowed their destruction in the days of John.

Verse 17 to 18:
They estimated themselves to be rich having many possessions and felt they needed nothing. The Lord wanted to give them these following things if they would repent:
Gold tested - true faith
White clothing - righteousness
Anoint with eye salve - represents wisdom from the Holy Spirit and the word of God.

Verse 19 to 22:
The Lord says here that He rebukes and corrects those He loves then He told them to repent. He still does this every day in many ways and He promises blessings to those that overcome evil.

Eighteen blessings promised in Revelation to the over comers:

  1. The tree of life
  2. The crown of life
  3. Escape the 2nd death (lake of fire)
  4. Hidden manna
  5. White stone and a new name
  6. To be a part of the rapture to come
  7. Power over the nations
  8. To completely defeat the enemy / rebels
  9. The Morning Star (Christ Himself)
10. Walk with Christ in white clothing
11. Name eternally in the book of life
12. Christ’s confession of their name before God
13. Be a pillar in God’s temple
14. Being with God eternally
15. God’s name written upon them
16. Name of New Jerusalem upon them
17. New Name of Christ upon them
18. Eternal Throne and Kingdom
Chapters 4 and 5 tell about the events in Heaven that took place after the church age and
after the coming rapture as well as the raptured saints with God in His Heavenly temple.

Revelation chapter 4: (Events in Heaven)

Verse 1 to 3:
After this – John is saying that this was the next vision and message after those about the churches. n the spirit – John was under the controlling power of The Holy Spirit. One sat – This was God the father on His throne. Jasper and sardine stone – Green semi-transparent like chalcedony / plasma mix with a red tint to it. Rainbow – This was emerald green.

Verse 4:
Twenty four elders – these represent all the priests of the old testament (1st Chr. 24:1 to 9) taken to Heaven with Christ when He ascended and now are dressed in white wearing gold crowns. Christ also took with Him the old testament saints that He freed from Hades, the holding place for the righteous souls before He died on the cross. This place is now empty and is part of Hell as proven by the scripture that says “Hell has enlarged itself”.

Verse 5:
Seven lamps of fire – It says these are the seven spirits of God which is symbolic of the one and only Holy Spirit and indicates His fullness and power upon the Lamb and the throne.

Verse 6 to 8:
Sea of glass – This is the actual floor of the throne room in Heaven.
Four beasts - This was mistranslated, for the original document uses the Greek word “Zoa” which
is translated as “Living angelic beings”.
They are not like the other angels such as; Seraphim, Cherubim, of (Isa. 6:1 to 8) and
(Ez. 1:4 to 28, 10:1 to 22).
The description of the 4 creatures:
1. Like a lion
2. Like a calf
3. Had a mans face
4. Like an eagle

Verse 9 to 11:
When the creatures worshiped The Lord the 24 Elders did also giving thanks and glory to Him by casting their crowns at His feet acknowledging His supremacy by saying that He had created all things for His own pleasure.

Revelation chapter 5: (Events in Heaven continued)

Verse 1 to 2:
The book – The Lord God had this book in His right hand while sitting on His throne. This book had information written Inside it and is sealed with 7 seals which must be broken open before the contents can be revealed. The strong angel – is one of 26 unidentified angels that have power and authority over various things assigned to them. His duty then was to find someone worthy to loose the seals and open the book.

Verse 3 to 4:
This angel – found no man worthy even to look on the book. In heaven: The righteous saints that Jesus took with Him when He ascended. In the earth – all who dwell on the earth then and now. Under the earth – All the wicked who are in Hell which is located underneath the earth And are fully conscious of what is going on around them. (Psalm 9:17, Isa. 14:9) and (Luke 16:19 to 31) Twenty four elders – these represent all the priests of the Old Testament (1st Chr.

Verse 5:
One of the elders – Said that Christ, The Lion of the tribe of Juda and the Root of David has prevailed and is worthy to break the seals and open the book.

Verse 6 to 7:
The Lamb slain – This of course is Christ. Seven horns and Seven eyes which are the Seven Spirits of God sent into the earth all represent The Holy Spirit and His fullness and power upon Christ before The Throne. Christ is the one who took the book from the right hand of God The Father who was and is sitting on His Throne.

Verse 8:
The four angelic creatures - and the 24 Elders bowed down in front of Christ in worship. They all had harps and bowls full of incense which represent the prayers of the saints. (Rev. 8:4) (Psalm 141:27)

Verse 9 to 10:
The word ”us” should be “them” which are the saints because it says that “we” shall reign on the earth. Christ and all resurrected saints will rein on The New Earth forever in His Kingdom after it is cleansed and all evil has been removed.

Verse 11:
Many angels – these are of different types and in countless numbers. (Heb. 12:22) (Dan. 7:10)

Verse 12 to 14:
The seven things Christ received:
1. Power – omnipotence (to be in full self control) He could lie but will not.
2. Riches – possessions.
3. Wisdom – omniscience (all knowing, He does not plan or try to know the details of each person’s life but could if He chose to).
4. Strength – abilities to do all things.
5. Honor – reputation amongst all creation.
6. Glory – praise of all creation.
7. Blessing – worshiped by all creation.

Revelation chapter 6:
(Christ begins to open the seven seals giving way to the rise of the Antichrist after the now near rapture of his church).
(The events of the future tribulation after the rapture of the church - (Chapters 6 to 9)

Verse 3 to 4:
The Lamb (Christ) takes the book out of the right hand of God and opens The First Seal.
Thunder is heard in Heaven and one of the angelic beasts / creatures says come and see.
This is being spoken to the five horsemen not to John, for John is already seeing every vision being given.
The White Horse: This rider is the Antichrist imitating Christ and claiming to be Him.
(Rev. 19:11-21)
The bow is symbolic of evil designs and conquests. Christ is always symbolized as having a sword, not a bow. (Rev. 19:15, 21)
Scriptures make it clear that Satan gives the Antichrist a crown and power (Rev. 13:2, 4) And he is the only one who goes forth conquering during this time.
The Second Seal – A second angelic beast /creature says to five horsemen come and see.
The Red Horse: This rider symbolizes war and peace taken from the earth with the power of a great sword or weapon leading to the second of the tri-continent wars in which people will kill each other with new types of weapons that are unknown at this time.
The Antichrist will come out of the ten nations / kingdoms that are formed during the 1st tri-continent war. (Dan. 7:7-8, 23-24)

Verse 5 to 6:
The Third Seal – A third angelic best / creature says to five horsemen come and see.
The Black Horse: This rider symbolizes famine caused by the conquest and wars of the first two seals. (Lam. 4:4-8)
The measurements of wheat and barley indicate that food will be scarce in those days.
(Ez. 4:10-17)
Olive oil and Grapes for Wine needs no cultivation; hence their ruthless destruction is forbidden by God.

Verse 7 to 8:
The Fourth Seal – A fourth angelic best / creature says to five horsemen come and see.
The Pale Horse: This rider symbolizes the one who leads Death and Hell. Original documents say these are really two horses and the riders called Death and Hell makes five total horses and riders.
They also say that Death rides a Green horse and is the Fourth Horse while Hell rides a Red horse and is the Fifth Horse.
Death here refers to a great pestilence being released following the wars and famines of the First Three Seals and Death and Hell will run rampant at this time on earth. And they have power to conquer and kill one fourth of people on earth with weapons.
Where the dead bodies have fallen from the wars, famines, and plagues the beasts will be gathered to eat them.

Verse 9 to 11:
The Fifth Seal – The souls under the alter are of those who are martyred after the rapture by the new Roman Empire which is set up as the Antichrist is coming into power to rule over the Ten Kingdoms.
They are killed because they have repented and turned back to worship God. They will cry out asking The Lord when He will take revenge on those who have killed them. White robs will be given to them all as they are told to rest a little while longer until their fellow servants are killed as they were.
This part of scripture is proof that all people are conscious with awareness in Three realms of existence.
1. In Heaven: (Heb. 12:23) (Second Cor. 5:8)
2. In Earth: (Rev. 5:3, 13) (Rev. 12:12) (Rev. 13:14)
3. Under The Earth: All the wicked go to Hell underneath the earth at their time of death and are fully conscious and aware of what is going on. (Lk. 16:19-31) (Isa. 14:9) (Dut. 32:22) (Psa. 8:5, 9:17, 116:3) (First Pet.15:24)
Original documents say that the tribulation will not be world wide and that only Jerusalem and Israel are affected and troubled by the Antichrist who rules over the Ten Kingdoms in those days.
People in remote and isolated parts of the earth will not know about the rapture, tribulation, or even when Christ begins to rule in Jerusalem. (Isa. 2:2-4, 52:7, 66:19-21) (Zec. 8:23)

Verse 12 to 17:
The Sixth Seal – The wrath of God begins and continues in the Trumpets and Vials ending only with the battle of Armageddon.
Great earthquake: This one is the largest ever and takes place at the end of the Millennium.
(Hag. 2:6-7, 21, 22) (Heb. 12:25-29) (Second Pet. 3:10-13) This one will even shake our whole solar system resulting in the renovation of the heavens and the earth.
This will make the third perfect earth and end earth’s second sinful existence. (Isa. 66:22-24)
(Rev. 21-22)
The sun blackened: Original documents state that this will happen five times.
1. During the sixth seal. (Rev. 6:12)
2. During the fourth trumpet. (Rev. 8:12)
3. During the fifth trumpet. (Rev. 9:2)
4. During the fifth vial. (Rev. 16:10)
5. Immediately after the tribulation. (Mat. 24:29) (Isa. 13:10) (Ez. 32:7-8) (Joel 2:31; 3:15) (Acts 2:16-21)
The moon becomes as blood: This will also happen five times as a result of the sun being affected as listed above.
The words “as blood” symbolizes that the moon will appear to be blood red in those periods of time.
The stars falling: There will only be two times they will fall to earth.
1. During the sixth seal.
2. At the coming of Christ with the raptured saints after the seven years of tribulation to defeat all evil.
(Mat. 24:29-31) and there will be several years between the two events. This is not talking about the fixed stars which are really suns for other planets in our galaxy all of which are larger than our earth. Original documents say they will be meteors or as we call them shooting stars.
The heaven rolled back: This does not mean the extinction of the heavens for this will happen many times. (Rev. 8:1, 10, 13) (Rev. 9:1).
Original documents say that this is done to show those still on earth that God is about to pour out more wrath upon them.
Every mountain and island moved: This does not mean the extinction of mountains and islands for they will be affected by another great earthquake. (Rev. 16:20)
It is written in scripture that the earth will abide forever as it always has from the original creation.
(Ecl. 1:4) (Psa. 104:5)
There are seven classes of people who will realize that God’s wrath has begun.
1. The Great men – Scholars, teachers, professors, scientists etc.
3. Rich men – Those who are famous and wealthy.
4. Chief captains – Military leaders.
5. Mighty men – Military fighting soldiers.
6. Bond men – Those who are being held in prisons.
7. Free men – Those who have escaped captivity and are hiding out from their enemy as well as other people who are in danger of becoming captives. All of them will hide in mountains and caves.
They will desire the rocks to fall around them thinking it will hide them from Christ who is sitting on His throne. They will say “The great day of His wrath has come, who will be able to withstand Him”?

Revelation chapter 7:
Verse 1 to 8:
After The Sixth Seal – After these things indicates that this next vision was shown to John immediately after the vision of the Sixth Seal.
Four angels – These are the trumpet judgment angels who are commanded by God not to blow them bringing the judgment until the 144,000 Jews are sealed or marked for protection to go through the tribulation judgments.
Four corners of earth – These are the four quadrants know as; north, south, east, and west.
The four winds – These are the four directions of earth where winds blow from known as the north wind, south wind, east wind, and west wind which will not be allowed by God at all to blow upon the earth in those days.
Another angel – This one has the seal or mark of God and it is his duty to delay the judgment plagues until he marks the 144,000 Jews.
Original documents say these Jews are the ones who will be saved and become servants of God shortly after the Sixth Seal is opened and during the tribulation period. They are the descendants of those who were from twelve of the fourteen tribes of the children of Israel numbering 12,000 from each tribe.
  1. Juda
  2. Reuben
  3. Gad
  4. Aser
  5. Nepthalim
  6. Manasses
  7. Simeon
  8. Levi
  9. Issachar
10. Zabulon
11. Joseph
12. Benjamin
13. Dan (not sealed)
14. Ephraim (not sealed)
Why Dan and Ephraim are not sealed.
At that time there will be no descendants of Dan or Ephraim who are servants of God for they both entered into idolatry. (Deut. 29:18-21)
Original documents say that the descendants of Dan will repent and turn back to God being restored
and saved; but only just before the millennium rein of Christ begins at the end of the tribulation period.
(Ez. 48:30-35) (Rev. 21:12)

Verse 9 to 17:
A great multitude – These are the new saints from the tribulation period who are killed for turning back and worshiping God, they are resurrected to eternal life when they are killed but they are not those who were originally raptured.
Original documents say that the 144,000 will not be killed because they have the protective seal or mark of God upon them. They will be the last ones to be raptured completing the resurrection and rapture.
(Rev. 20:4-6)
They are also called the tribulation saints. Scriptures say that the door of mercy will never be closed to the Jews or the Gentiles. It says whosoever calls upon the name of The Lord shall be saved.
(Acts 2:16-21) (Rom. 1:16; 10:9-17) (First Cor. 6:11) (First John 1:7) (Rev.1:5, 12:17, 22:17)
They will serve Him forever without need of sun light or heat and Christ the Lamb will feed and lead them to everlasting fountains of life and wipe away all tears from their eyes.

Revelation chapter 8:
Verse 1:
The Seventh Seal – When this seal is opened there will be silence in Heaven for ½ hour.
Original documents do not say what the reason is for this silence. It is thought that it could be a kind of calm before the storm situation since when the trumpets are given out and begin to sound the storms of judgment will begin on the earth.

Verse 2 to 6:
Seven angels – These are all given trumpets and are told to prepare to blow them.
The first trumpet will sound just after the seventh seal is opened releasing God’s judgments upon all the unrighteous that are still on the earth.
Another angel - Original documents say that He is actually Christ Himself for only the high priest is allowed to carry a golden censer. More proof is the fact that he is before the golden alter and offers up the prayers of all the saints mixed with incense to God, The Father sitting on His throne.
Explanation of censers:
These are golden pans mounted on the ends of golden rods used only by priests to carry the burning sacrificial offerings being presented to God.
Christ will fill this censer with fire from the altar of God and cast it’s contents to the earth and there will be voices or (sounds), thunderings, lightnings, and an earthquake of great magnitude.

Verse 7:
The first trumpet - This sends the first judgment of God to earth as hail, and fire mixed with blood burning up1/3 of the trees and grass. This happened before in Egypt (Ex. 9:22-26) and it will happen again but this time all over the whole earth.

Verse 8 to 9:
The second trumpet – This says a great mountain burning with fire is cast into the sea.
Original documents indicate that this is actually a very large meteor which will kill 1/3 of the creatures/fish spilling their blood out into the sea. It will also destroy 1/3 of any ships that are there at that time.
(Ex. 9:14-21) (Psa. 78:44; 105:29)

Verse 10 to 11:
The third trumpet – This will not be an actual star either but will be another meteor.
A name will be given to this one of “Wormwood” translated as bitter and poisoness. It will be so large that it will cover 1/3 of the rivers and sources of drinking water such as springs. Many people will die from drinking that water.

Verse 12 to 13:
The fourth trumpet – This brings darkness to the earth by blocking out 1/3 of the sun’s light which will cause 1/3 of the moon’s reflected light to be darkened, and 1/3 of the stars to not be visible for 1/3 of that day and night.
An angel will fly in the heaven (sky) over earth saying loudly to all survivors, much Woe, woe, woe, or (troubles) have come to earth, but there are three more trumpets yet to sound which will bring even more troubles, worse than the first four.

Revelation chapter 9:
Verse 1 to 12:
The fifth trumpet – It says a star falls from heaven but original documents say that he is an angel coming down from heaven, not falling, who is given the key to the bottomless pit. This is not a fallen angel for they can not be trusted with such a key.
Satan and his fallen angels are referred to as stars in other parts of scripture.
Smoke from the pit – indicates a place with fire but original documents say that it is not hell or the lake of fire.
The sun and the air will be darkened by this smoke rising up and locusts will be loosed on the earth from this pit.
These are not ordinary locusts but are demonic spirit beings that can not be destroyed by fire or people as normal ones can.
Eight things that distinguish them from normal locusts:
1. Bodies like horses        5. Teeth like lions
2. Heads like men            6. Breast plates as hard as iron
3. Crowns of gold             7. Wings
4. Hair like women           8. Tails with scorpion stings
They have a leader called Abaddon (Hebrew) or Apollyon (Greek) who gives them commands to hurt but not kill all people that do not have God’s seal in their foreheads for five months except the 144,000 Jews who are alive on earth at the time of these judgments, because they are marked by God for protection.
There are seven commands given to these demons.
1. Not to hurt grass                         5. Only to hurt unmarked people
2. Not to hurt any green thing         6. Not to kill people
3. Not to hurt Trees                         7. To torment people for five months
4. Not to hurt the 144,000 Jews

Verse 13 to 21:
The sixth trumpet - These four angels are fallen ones and are bound in the Euphrates River.
Good angels are never bound but are free to go where they are sent.
These four are leaders of 200,000,000 demon horsemen who also are bound.
Original documents say that each of these four fallen angels will command 50,000,000 demonic horsemen sending them out in four directions to kill 1/3 of the people not marked for protection.
Original documents also say they are limited to only the countries around the Euphrates River which is in the Middle East. The other remote parts of the earth will not be affected.
There are three ways that 1/3 of the people will be killed.
1. Fire out of their mouths
2. Smoke out of their mouths
3. Brimstone out of their mouths (chunks of burning sulphur)
The rest of the people not killed by these judgment plagues will only continue to harden themselves more against God and continue to worship demons and idols as well as committing all the other acts of sin.

Revelation chapter 10:
The book is opened revealing its contents:
(The seventh trumpet will be blown completing the whole mystery of God)
Verse 1 to 2:
The mighty angel – All angels are mighty in power but some are more powerful and have extra authority and strength. (Rev. 18:1) (2nd Thes. 1:7) (Jude 9)
Original documents say that this is really Christ Himself but never calls him an angel.
The proof is that He is holding in His hand the opened book which only Christ is allowed to open or touch as well as the description being given of Him.
The description is that He is clothed with a cloud (surrounded by), a rainbow over His head, face like the sun (bright as), feet like pillars of fire, right foot on the sea, left foot on the earth (dry land).

Verse 3 to 4:
Christ cries out loudly like a lion roars (with authority) telling John more things that are to take place.
Now seven thunders (voices) also speak out to John but the original documents indicate that these voices were telling John things that are not for mankind to know until we are in the kingdom with Christ.
This is the reason God spoke out from Heaven telling John to seal up (put out of memory) those things and do not write them. It is not clear as to who these seven were that spoke those things but we do know that this was possibly done to cause confusion for anyone who might read it if John wrote them down in the book of Revelation.

Verse 5 to 7:
Christ lifts up His hand to God the Father in Heaven and says “time no longer” which does not mean that time as we know it will expire or end.
Original documents and other scriptures tell us that time is eternal and that people will continue to exist either in Hell, Heaven, or on the earth. (Gen. 1:14, 18; 8:22) (Psa. 72:5, 17; 89:36, 37) (Jer. 31:35, 36)
The seventh trumpet – Original documents say that this takes place immediately following the statement made by Christ to not delay any longer the blowing of this last trumpet which will reveal at last the whole mystery of God causing it to be finished as He said through all of His servants and prophets from the beginning.

Verse 8 to 11:
God speaks to John again from Heaven and tells him to take the opened book from the hand of Christ. John says that he asked for the book and that Christ told him to eat it up and that it would make his belly bitter (nauseous) but will be sweet as honey in his mouth. Now John says that he did just as Christ told him to do and it was just as Christ told him it would be. After all was revealed and told to John Christ now tells John that he will prophesy again to many more people in many nations and many languages and even to Kings.

Revelation chapter 11:
The book is opened revealing its contents:
(The temple of God and Jerusalem taken over by the Antichrist)
Verse 1 to 2:
A read like a rod – This is a rod used for measuring and is about 12.5 feet long. John is told by Christ to measure God’s temple and it’s altar of worship.
Original documents say that this measuring is for the chastening but not for building anything.
There are four causes of chastening:
1. Sinning continuously after salvation
2. Iniquities performed after salvation
3. Foolishness (performing manmade rituals)
4. Foot slipping (backsliding)
The Gentiles will be at this altar to receive their chastening (correction) for performing those acts while they were Christians even though they have repented and asked for forgiveness. Scriptures do say that it will be better for one to not know that they are in sin and ask forgiveness than it will be for those who have asked for forgiveness and continue to sin. This is where many will loose some of their heavenly blessings but will still be allowed to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. Some of these Gentiles are ruled by the Antichrist and will march upon and will take control of Jerusalem and the temple that is there for forty two months.

Verse 3 to 8:
The two witnesses - Original documents say that these two are Enoch (Gen. 5:21-24) (Heb. 11:5)
(2nd Kings 17-18) and Elijah (Mal. 4:5-6). They will be given power from God to prophesy (preach with warnings to repent) for 3.5 years, but right now they are in Heaven waiting for their time to come.
If any man hurts or kills them fire will come out of their mouths and destroying that enemy. They have the power to cause the rain not to fall and to turn the water springs and seas into blood causing many plagues to come as often as they choose. Their physical death – will only come after they have completed their mission.
The beast with 7 heads and 10 horns will defeat and kill them. This beast gets his power from Satan and is also a symbol of three things.
1. A supernatural fallen angel which is bound in the abyss right now.
2. A mortal man (Antichrist) who receives power from Satan.
3. A kingdom of 10 nations ruled by the Antichrist.
The bodies of these dead witnesses will lie for three days in the street of Sodom or (Jerusalem’s new name when taken over by the Sodomites or homosexuals) (Isa. 1:9-10) (Ez. 16:46, 53) Egypt is not even mentioned in the original documents.
It is indicated that sex and religious perversions will be the predominate sin by the time this world's age ends.

Verse 9 to 13:
Their triumph over death – After lying dead for 3.5 days with the people rejoicing over their deaths because these two tormented them saying to repent of their sins, God will put back into them their Spirits of life (souls) and tell them to come up here at which time they will immediately ascend up to Heaven in a cloud while their enemies watch. At that very moment an earthquake will destroy one tenth of that city killing off 7,000 people. The survivors will give glory to God because of their newly found fear of Him.

Verse 14 to 19:
One of the angels announces – the second woe (trouble) has passed but the third woe (trouble) will come quickly.
Original documents say that here is where the seventh trumpet is blown and many voices in Heaven will say; the kingdoms of the earth have been declared to be taken back by our Lord God and that His son Christ will reign for all eternity.
The 24 elders will fall on their faces and worship God with thanks and praises for using His power to take back His earth and making Christ the king of all nations. The temple of God in Heaven will be opened and He will pour out upon the earth lightnings, thunderings, and a great earthquake, along with very large hail.
Original documents say that all of this will make Satan very angry and later on in the scriptures he and his fallen angels will attempt to enter into Heaven to make war with God and His angels but they will be cast out and back to the earth for the second time in their existence.

Revelation chapter 12:
The great wonder (sign) in Heaven:
(The woman clothed with the sun is seen in Heaven)
Verse 1 to 2:
The woman clothed with the sun – This vision is only seen in Heaven but the thing symbolized is on the earth. This woman symbolizes the nation of Israel of that time when the Jews are not scattered to other nations. In 1948 many Jews returned to their homeland and then Israel became a nation again; but not all have returned there.
Original documents say that many Jews will continue to dwell in other countries until they are called by God to return home just before Christ makes His second appearance which will be 3.5 years after the rapture. (Mat. 24:29-31) (Isa. 11:11, 12) (Ez.37). It also says that 3.5 years after the rapture of God’s church there will only be two classes of people; Jews and Gentiles. It will be the Gentiles that will persecute the woman (Jews) which will be saved later during the tribulation period.
Being with child – Here the child is the symbol of the 144,000 Jews which will be saved and raptured after the rapture of God’s church; they will not be killed.

Verse 3 to 6:
The red dragon – This has always been the symbol of Satan. He will supernaturally influence the seven world empires, symbolized by the seven heads which will precede the kingdom of the Antichrist that will also be the eighth kingdom.
The third part of stars – The stars symbolizes the one third of the angels that followed Satan and fell who will along with him will go into Heaven again and try to overthrow God’s Heaven.
The man child brought up to God’s throne – Again the man child symbolizes the 144,000 Jews which will rule the nations with a rod of iron with Christ and all of His raptured saints. (Psa. 149:6-9)
The woman fled – This symbolizes the tribulation Jewish saints that will flee into the wilderness and mountain caves that God provides for their protection from the armies of the Antichrist.
They will be from the nations called: Edom, Moab, and Ammon.

Verse 7 to 9:
War in Heaven – This war will be the last struggle between Satan and God over possession of the Heavenly place where God reigns but Satan wants yo reign. (Eph. 2:2; 6:12)
The arch angel Michael and his angels will defeat and cast Satan and his one third fallen angels out of Heaven and down to the earth again as was done before God recreated the earth and Adam and Eve. Today Satan still has access to God’s Heaven in order that he may accuse the brother and sister saints who have died in Christ.
This time when Satan and his fallen angels lose the battle they are cast out and they will never again be allowed to enter into Heaven (Job 1:6; 2:1) (Rev. 12:7-12) (Zech. 3:1-10). At that time all of the fallen angels will be confined to Hell forever.
This will make Satan very angry because He failed to destroy the 144,000 Jews or the man child and to possess the Heavenly abode that he has desired for so long.

Verse 10 to 17:
They overcame him – This symbolizes the 144,000 Jews and tribulation saints that will surrender to Christ and be saved by His blood. This will make Satan even angrier to the point that he will lead the nations to attack the woman (Israel).
Casting out of his mouth waters like a flood – This symbolizes the armies of the Antichrist; but God will cause the earth to open up and swallow them.
Now Satan will go and attack those Jews who did not leave Israel with the others (Isa. 1:9). These are the Jews who will be the last to be saved and turn to God just before Satan and the armies of the Antichrist that are left begin to attack them. They will all be killed in the attack but their souls will go into Heaven to join the souls of their brothers and sisters that are under the alter of God and have been waiting for them.

Revelation chapter 13:
The Antichrist Appears with his false prophets and kingdom leaders
Verse 1 to 3:
John stood on the sand of a beach – Original documents say this is the beach of the Mediterranean Sea area but the sea here symbolizes a great number or sea of people. I saw a beast – This beast is really a man with demonically inspired power who comes up out of the people of that area and becomes ruler over seven kingdoms (heads) (Dan. 7:24; 9:27; 11:36-45). He will also become ruler of ten kingdoms that he will setup inside of the soon to be Old Roman Empire (The Vatican). This is the area where the nations of the Antichrist will be setup on three sides of the Mediterranean Sea and will blaspheme God and Christ along with Their Tabernacle in Heaven. Three aspects of this beast:
1. Face like a leopard – This is the ancient symbol of the old Grecian Empire (Dan. 7:6; 8:20-23) (Rev. 17:8-17).
2. Feet like a bear – The ancient symbol of ancient Medo-Persia.
3. Mouth like a lion - The ancient symbol of ancient Babylon which will be restored becoming the great Hoar that sits on many waters being destroyed later on in scripture.
The dragon (Satan) gives him his power and seat (throne) and authority (2nd Thes. 2:8-12).
One of his heads (leaders) killed – This will not be the Antichrist who is killed as some teach!
He will be one of his seven or ten kingdom leaders who is killed and then healed back to life.
The proof of this is that he is a separate person being ruled by the Antichrist as written in the original documents.
This puts away all theories of Antichrist being a resurrected man or an incarnation of Satan.

Verse 4 to 7:
They worship the dragon (Satan) – People will worship the Antichrist (beast) because he will have a supernatural gift for speaking in a convincing way known to us as power of suggestion.
He will defy God and claim to be God (2nd Thes. 2:3-4) (Dan. 7:25; 8:25; 11:36-39).
He will make war against all the Jews and people who become Christians at that time and will kill off multitudes of them. He will be given power and authority over all the nations that form the ten kingdoms of the newly reestablished Old Roman Empire (The Vatican) which the scripture calls New Babylon.
Many will worship him as God and he will appoint a religious leader who of course is a false prophet who will only have this power for forty two months during which time he will speak against God and His Tabernacle as well as everyone else who is dwelling in Heaven at that time while also killing the Jews and others who become Christians at that time.

Verse 8 to 10:
Names not written in the Book of Life – This is not saying that our names were written in the Lambs Book of Life from the creation of this world!
Original documents say that this indicates that the names of all who have died and were righteous since the beginning of this world are contained in the Lambs Book of Life.
Only those who do not believe in or worship God at that time will worship the Antichrist.
He that leads into captivity – This is translated as meaning those who are destined to be captured will be held captive in the end as they have held others as captive.
He that kills with the sword - This is translated as meaning those who kill with weapons will be killed by those same weapons in the end.
This is what gives the Saints their patience and faith to go on knowing that their enemies that might kill them will be killed in the same way in the end.

Verse 11 to 15:
Another beast (false prophet) – this will be another false prophet who is raised up from the people by the Antichrist to serve under the first false prophet having two others serving under him indicated by the words: he had two horns like a lamb.
They will all be gentle as lambs making it easy to deceive and gain the confidence of the people but after they have gotten the people to follow them they will speak like the dragon (Satan). This beast (false prophet) will exercise all the same power over the people as the first false prophetic leader who is the one that is killed and healed back to life.
He makes fire come down – This second false prophet will cause fire to come down to the earth counterfeiting God and His works (Num. 11:1-3; 2:10) along with other deceptive miracles.
He will urge people to make an idolistic statue of the first false prophet that was killed and healed back to life and he will also have the power to make this statue have a form of life being able to speak and command that all who will not worship it will be killed.

Verse 16 to 18:
He causes all – to receive a mark in their right hands or on their foreheads without which no one will be able to buy or sell anything in those days.
There are three brands of the Antichrist
1. A mark – Original documents indicate this to be the emblem of his kingdom.
2. The name of the Antichrist – This is not known but many Greek and Hebrew names have a numerical value of 666.
3. The number of his name 666- Greek and Hebrew alphabets have no separate system of numbers as with English. Each letter of the Greek and Hebrew language also stand for numbers, which is why his name will be represented by the numerical value of 666. The ancient Greeks and Hebrews always gave their leaders names that had a value of 666.

Revelation chapter 14:
The man child (144,000) in Heaven before God
Verse 1 to 5:
A Lamb stood on Mount Sion – The Lamb represents Christ.
Original documents say that this Mount Sion is located in Heaven and is not the one on earth (Rom. 11:26) (Heb. 12:22-23).
The 144,000 are in Heaven with Christ at this time as well as well as all raptured people (Heb. 11:10, 13-16) (John 14:1-3) (Rev. 21-22). Scripture says that Christ will come out of Sion to earth in His second coming (Rom. 11:26).
A voice from Heaven – This is the sound of the 144,000 and all the other redeemed people singing and playing harps in Heaven to the new song that is given to them.
These are they which were not defiled with women - Original documents say these are saved men and women who have not polluted themselves with the great whore (Babylon) of Rev. 17.
They have been raptured and resurrected being glorified like Christ and can go where ever He goes. They are also faultless before God forever.

Verse 6 to 7:
The first angel flies – He flies close to earth preaching the gospel of repentance and to all who are left on the earth for 3.5 years saying, the hour of God’s judgment has come.

Verse 8:
The second angel – He will announce the fall of the new Roman Empire (Babylon) which was set up by the Antichrist.

Verse 9 to 11:
The third angel – He will warn all people in the kingdom of Antichrist to not take the mark, worship the beast, or bow down to his image (idol statue), for if they do they will be punished and sent into eternal Hell.
Original documents say that all people in the new earth will be able to see the suffering and torture punishment of Satan and his fallen angels and all other people who have transgressed against God as a monument of God’s wrath on sin.
Even though God has sent angels, two witnesses, and multitudes of Christians who have the Holy Spirit giving them power to do miracles, they still will not repent or turn to God.

Verse 12 to 13:
The patience of the saints – These are the tribulation saints who are killed by the workers of the Antichrist for not taking the mark of the beast and for worshiping God. They will receive special blessings in Heaven for their Godly works performed while still on earth.

Verse 14 to 20:
A white cloud – Christ will be in this cloud riding His white horse along with all of His saints following Him.
Another angel – Comes out of Heavens temple and tells Christ to reap the earth for the harvest is ripe.
This angel also thrusts his sickle upon the earth causing all the armies of the Antichrist to be gathered up and cast into the great wine press (valley of Megiddo) to receive the wrath of God at the hands of Christ.
This of course is the vision given to John of the battle of Armageddon.
The blood will flow up to the horses’ bridles like a river for about 184 miles.
This blood river will be from the veins of the multitudes slain in this battle from the hail and overflowing rain that will also fall on that day (Ez. 38:21-23).

Revelation chapter 15:
The seven angels prepare to pour out the last wrathful plagues of God upon the earth
Verse 1:
Another sign in Heaven – Christ shows John the seven angels having the seven last plagues to cast upon the earth that will complete the pouring out of the wrath of God.

Verse 2 to 4:
A sea of glass mingled with fire – Original documents say this is the actual floor of the great throne room in the Heavenly temple.
It is made of transparent glass with a mixture of prismatic colors produced by the glory of God. All of the redeemed people will stand on this sea of glass (floor) playing harps and singing the song of Moses that was sung after the triumph over Pharaoh and his armies (Ex. 15:1-19).
They will also sing the song of the Lamb, which is also one of triumph and victory over Satan and all the spiritual and human enemies of God for He is king of all nations and of the saints. All nations of the new earth will worship God for manifesting His judgments upon the earth.

Verse 5 to 8:
The Heavenly temple was opened – This is the second time the temple is opened.
The seven angels came out – They are dressed in pure white garments (linens) with golden breast plates.
Original documents do not call them angels but say that they are actually redeemed men prophets
(Rev. 19:9, 10; 22:8, 9) In Rev.21:17 one is called a man and elsewhere in Revelation John begins to bow down before one of them and the angel tells him not to do it for he is a man and one of the prophets just like he is.
One of the four Heavenly angelic beings (beasts) gives the seven angels (men) each a bowl (vial) filled with the wrath of God which are to be poured out upon the earth.
The temple is filled with smoke from the glory of God and His power and no man was able to enter the temple until all the seven last plagues are delivered upon the earth.

Revelation chapter 16:
The seven angels prepare to pour out the last wrathful plagues of God upon the earth
Verse 1:
A great voice out of the temple – The seven angels are told to begin pouring out upon the earth the vials (bowls) containing the wrath of God.
Original documents say that these last seven plagues must be poured out before Christ with His saint’s return to take back the earth.
These plagues have been predicted by the prophets to come upon the enemies of Israel in the last days (Deut. 30:1-10) (Isa. 51:23) they are to serve the purpose of punishing those who take the mark of the beast, and bow down to his image (idol statue) and worship the beast.

Verse 2:
The first angel pours out his vial – A gruesome, painful, sickening sore comes upon all who take the mark of the beast, and bow down to his image (idol statue) and worship the beast. It is not known what kind of sore this will be.

Verse 3:
The second angel pours out his vial – Original documents say that this sea mentioned here is the Mediterranean Sea around which is located the kingdom of the antichrist.
God will cause all living things in this sea to kill each other and die filling up the sea with their blood.

Verse 4 to 7:
The third angel pours out his vial – All of the sources of drinking water will turn to blood such as wells and springs.
The angel who pours out over these waters will say to God “You are righteous O Lord for judging this way, for you have given them blood to drink because they have shed the blood of saints and your prophets.
Another voice will speak out of Heaven’s altar in agreement saying “True and righteous are your judgments”.

Verse 8 to 9:
The fourth angel pours out his vial – The sun becomes hotter than it has ever been before and the heat will increase until it scorches the people on the earth.
People will blaspheme the name of God for doing this thing but they still will not repent and turn to God to give Him glory.

Verse 10 to 11:
The fifth angel pours out his vial – All who are at the throne of Antichrist and his whole kingdom will become blinded due to the intense brightness of the sun.
Original documents say that they will gnaw their tongues due to the intense pain which causes them to have convulsions from the sores that come upon them. People will continue to blaspheme God and still they will not repent.

Verse 12:
The sixth angel pours out his vial – This angel causes the Euphrates River to dry up.
Original documents say that this dry river bed will become the way for all of the kings (leaders) of the east to come and co-operate with Antichrist to join in the battle of Armageddon.

Verse 13 to 16:
Three unclean spirits like frogs – These are demons released by Satan (dragon), the beast (Antichrist), the false prophets.
They will perform miracles so convincing that the world and its leaders will only see that their future success lies in their co-operation with the Antichrist to stop Christ and His saints from taking over the earth and this will only lead them into the battle of Armageddon.
Now Christ speaks and says “I come as a thief”; then He gathers them supernaturally to the valley of Megiddo for the battle of Armageddon.

Verse 17 to 21:
The seventh angel pours out his vial – A great voice with authority speaks out of the temple of Heaven and from the throne of God and says “it is done”.
Original documents say that this is the voice of God Himself speaking into being the end of all evil on the earth.
Then immediately comes the thunder with lightning and a great earthquake larger than any that has ever been on the earth since the beginning of creation.
Jerusalem will be divided into three parts and the cities of the nations (kingdoms) that were setup by the Antichrist will all be destroyed.
Islands in the seas will disappear along with the mountains that crumble down to dust. Scriptures also say that hail will fall weighing about 114 lbs each, but the people will still blaspheme God and will not repent or turn to God.

Revelation chapter 17:
The great whore and the beast explained
Verse 1 to 7:
The judgment of the great whore – One of the seven angels speaks to John and shows him her judgments and reveals her location.
Original documents say that playing the whore is symbolic and refers to religious fornication and idolatry.
This means that she is a religious system and not a political power and she will lead all of the nations and their leaders to take part in her fornications and harlotry.
She sits on many waters (sea of people) and is inside the old Roman Empire which Antichrist reestablishes for his own purposes.
John says that the angel carried him away in the spirit – He saw a woman sitting on a scarlet colored beast having seven heads (kingdoms) and ten horns (leaders).
Upon her head was a name – MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
John says he saw this woman drunken with the blood of the saints and the martyrs of Jesus. He says that he wondered (questioned in his mind) how this could be since this is a religious nation.
The angel asks John – Why did you marvel (question in your mind this vision?) I will tell you the mystery of the woman and the beast with seven heads and ten horns that leads her.

Verse 8 to 14:
The beast comes out of the bottomless pit – He is another demonic entity sent by Satan to go into perdition (destructive action).
He will cause everyone to question in their minds as to whose names are not written in the Book of Life.
The seven heads are seven mountains – These are kingdoms co-existing with Jerusalem in those last days.
There are seven kings – Five of them fall, one still is, the other has not yet been setup, but when it comes it will only continue for a short time. The five fallen kingdoms are: Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Medo-Persia, and Greece.
The sixth is the revived old Roman Empire of today (the Vatican). The seventh will be formed inside the old Roman Empire being split into ten smaller kingdoms (Dan. 7:23, 24) but they will only continue for 3.5 years.
The beast that was – Had existed on earth before John’s day. And is not – is not on earth in John’s day.
He is the eighth – He will reestablish the fifth fallen kingdom of Greece that had fallen before John’s day and will make it the eighth kingdom that will go into perdition (destructive mode).
The ten horns – These will be the ten leaders of the kingdoms that will serve with the Antichrist when he sets up his kingdom by taking over the old Roman Empire (Vatican) in those last days.
They will only rule for 3.5 years independently of Antichrist but will give him power to rule over them during the last 3.5 years of the last days because they are all week minded and are supernaturally inspired and convinced to do so.
These will make war – They are all lead to fight against the Lamb (Christ) but He will overcome them, for He is the Lord of Lords and King of Kings and the saints that are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful.

Verse 15 to 18:
The waters which you saw – The angel explains the waters to mean a sea of people, multitudes, nations, various languages (tongues).
The ten horns – These ten kingdoms along with the Antichrist as he comes into power will destroy the great whore (religious system) known as Mystery Babylon (the revived old Roman Empire) or the Vatican as we call it today (Ez. 23:40, 41).
The woman you saw – This is that religious kingdom which lead the world in its religious harlotry of perverted idol worship and false teachings.

Revelation chapter 18:
The continuation and completion of the seventh vial
Verse 1 to 3:
Another angel comes down – This angel comes down to earth from Heaven making his announcement about the fall of Babylon and the condition she is in.
Babylon is made desolate by God supernaturally and has become the center for demonic operations after the rapture with all kinds of evil foul spirits working through the people and animals.
Hateful birds – Original documents say that these are really vicious kinds of birds driven by demonic spirits to kill and devour people and other kinds of animals.
All of the surrounding nations will participate in her iniquities and make her and them selves very rich.

Verse 4 to 20:
Another voice from Heaven – This is Christ telling his people to come out of her so they will not perish in the destruction.
Her plagues – They are listed as: Death, Mourning, Famine, totally burned by fire and other plagues.
All the people in the nations around her will see the smoke rising from her and will weep Saying that her judgment from God has come upon her in one hour. Heavens angels along with the saints in Heaven will rejoice because God has taken vengeance on His and their enemies.

Verse 21 to 24:
A mighty angel in Heaven – He will cause an asteroid of large proportions to fall upon Babylon killing a sea of people and destroying her totally to never be seen again.
There are eight for her destruction:
1. Pride
2. Oppresion of Israel.
3. Pleasure in sinfulness and luxuries.
4. Idol worship.
5. Fornication.
6. Participation in Spiritism.
7. Performing Sorceries.
8. Martyrdom of Saints.

Revelation chapter 19:
Scenes in Heaven just before the second coming of Christ:
Verse 1 to 6:
After these things – This means after John saw the destruction of Babylon. He now hears many voices from Heaven worshiping and praising God for what He has done and for what He is about to do.
Original documents say that these voices are from all of the raptured saints that are in Heaven where they will go immediately at the rapture and will remain for the seven years of tribulation on earth (Eph. 5:27)(Col. 3:4) (1st These. 3:13).
Now John sees the twenty four elders and the four angelic (beasts) bow down and worship God on His throne.
Now another voice comes from the throne saying, continue to praise God all you servants and all who fear (reverence) Him.
John now hears them all saying, Alleluia for the Lord God omnipotent reigns.

Verse 7 to 10:
The marriage of the Lamb – Original documents say that the bride or the wife of the Lamb is actually the new Jerusalem containing all who are raptured and will come down with it to the newly cleansed earth following Christ on His white horse as all of the enemies of God are killed and taken out (Heb.11:10-16);
(Heb. 12:22-23, 13:14). They will be dressed in pure white garments. The angel now tells John to write, blessed are they who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb.
John says here that he bowed down at the angels feet to worship him but the angel told him, don’t do it for I am a fellow servant and one of your brothers having the testimony of Jesus; worship God; for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
Original documents say that this is not an angel but a redeemed prophet in his new body.

Verse 11 to 16:
Heaven opened – John again sees Christ on His white horse and he calls Him faithful and true who in righteousness judges and makes war. John says that the eyes of Christ are as a flame of fire and on His head are many crowns and that He has a name written that no man knows (has ever had) for Christ only knows His new name (is worthy to have this name). Scripture calls Him the Word of God.
John now says that out of His mouth He speaks a sharp sword and strikes the enemy nations down during the wine press of the battle of Armageddon unleashing the wrath of God. He has on a vest or breast plate dipped in blood having a name written upon it; KING OF KINGS, and LORD OF LORDS.

Verse 17 to 21:
An angel standing in the sunlight – He speaks loudly to all the birds (vultures) saying; come to the supper of the great God to eat the flesh of dead kings, captains, mighty men as well as the dead horses and prisoners and the free small and large.
This will be done just before the battle of Armageddon begins. John now sees the beast (Antichrist) along with the kings and their armies gathered to make war against Christ and His army of saints and angels from Heaven.
Now John sees Satan, Antichrist, and the false profit along with all who have taken the mark of the beast and have worshiped his image (idol statue) bound and cast into the lake of fire burning with brimstone (sulfur).
All the rest that remain Christ will kill with the spiritual sword that comes from His mouth.
All the birds (vultures) will devour the dead bodies completely leaving no trace to be found.

Revelation chapter 20:
The Binding of Satan into the bottomless pit and other events etc.
Verse 1 to 3:
An angel will be sent by God with the key or power & authority to open the bottomless pit having a spiritual chain in his hand. He will bind Satan and his fallen angels along with his demons into the bottomless pit for 1,000 years.
Original documents say that angels can take hold of each other (2nd Peter 2:4) (Jude 6:7)
(Isa. 24:22-23).
There are six things the angel will do to Satan:
1. Take hold of him
2. Bind him with his spiritual chain
3. Cast him into the abyss(bottomless pit)
4. Shut him up in this prison
5. Seal him in for 1,000 years
6. Loose him again after the 1,000 years for only a little while which will be for 3.5 years as told in original documents.

Verse 4 to 6:
John says he saw thrones upon which were those who were beheaded for worship of God and Christ and did not take the mark of the beast or bow down to his image (idol statue).
They will rein with Christ for 1,000 years along with all His raptured saints in what is called the first resurrection. They will be blessed and holy and the second death has no power over them for they will become priests serving under Christ during those 1,000 years.
Original documents say there will be two classes of eternal people on earth during Christ’s 1,000 year reign with His saints in His kingdom on earth.
(1) Natural people will survive the tribulation period due to God’s protection and will live forever if they do not sin or rebel with Satan when he is released from the bottomless pit after 1,000 years
(Mat. 13:39-50; 25:46).
(2) Those who have part in the first resurrection will be the eternal rulers of these eternal generations of natural people.
Original documents say that resurrected saints will not marry or be given in marriage (Mat. 22:30).
The natural people who survive the 3.5 years of Satan’s temptations when he is released will be permitted to be subjects of the eternal kingdom of Christ and His saints. They will live forever by the power of the tree of life as stated in (Rev. 22:1-2) but not by resurrection or change from mortality to immortality as the glorified saints (1st Cor. 15:51-58) (Phil. 3:21) Verse 7 to 10:
Satan, his demons and fallen angels are loosed from their prisons and will torment and deceive the nations of Gog and Magog causing them to gather into battle again.
Original documents say that this will not be difficult since there will be whole nations of people who never really wanted to be ruled by Christ and longed for an opportunity to get rid of such strict laws and suppression of their lusts (Eph. 2:1-3).
Gog and Magog are located north of Palestine in Asia being known today as Russia and China.
They will surround the camp of the saints located in the New Jerusalem which was set up by Christ at the battle of Armageddon.
God will send fire down from Heaven and devour every rebel (2nd Pet. 3:10-13).
The devil along with his demons and his fallen angels will be cast into Hell (The lake of fire and brimstone) where the beast (antichrist) and the false prophets are since Armageddon.

Verse 11 to 15:
John saw The Great White Throne where God and Christ are seated. He saw the books opened which contain the records of all the things that people have done while on earth in their bodies.
Christ’s book of life is also opened and this will lead up to the time for judgment to begin. Now John sees the souls of all the righteous and unrighteous young and old who have died on earth from its beginning.
He says that the earth and heavens have fled away but this really means that the earth has been changed and renovated by the fire sent down by God from Heaven (2nd Pet. 3:10-13)
(Isa. 65:17, 66:22-24)
These scriptures (Psa. 72:8-10 & 17, 78:69, 89:36, 97:1-6, 104:5) (Eccl. 1:4) say that the earth and heavens will never pass out of existence for they are all eternal. He saw Death and Hell cast in to the lake of fire for eternity and this ends earth’s second and final sinful existence which started in Genesis 3.

Revelation chapter 21:
The New Jerusalem moved from Heaven to earth
Verse 1 to 7:
John saw the New Heavens and a New Earth. Original documents say those conditions are actually due to the renovation of earth and the heavens (atmosphere) by fire (2nd Pet. 3:10-13)
(Isa. 65;17, 66:22-24).
The words – passed away does not mean destroyed but actually means to pass from one condition to another (2nd Pet. 3:10).
No more sea – The oceans that now cover ¾ of the earth will be no more, but there will be an abundance of rivers, lakes, and small seas on earth forever.
(Psa. 72:8-17, 97:1-6,146:6) (Isa. 42:10, 60:5, 66:19) (Ez. 47) Zech. 14:8) (Jer. 5:22, 31:35, 33:22).
The Holy City – John saw this come down to earth from Heaven and called it The New Jerusalem.
It is Holy because no evil will ever be able to enter it. It is really as old as Heaven but is called New because of its freshness and newness. It was promised to all the Saints of earth from the earliest times.
It is called The Tabernacle of God because it is His dwelling place. It is called The Bride, The Lambs Wife because it will be the eternal home of all the redeemed from all ages (Heb. 11:10-16, 13:14)
(John 14:1-3).
It is called The Heavenly Jerusalem because it is in Heaven right now and not on the earth.
It is called The Father’s House because it is the abode of God and His Heavenly family.
Below are the twelve blessings for those who will enter into The New Earth:
(1) God dwells among them.
(2) He will be their God.
(3) He wipes away tears.
(4) No more death.
(5) No more pain.
(6) No more sorrow.
(7) All things made new.
(8) Plenty of water of life.
(9) Inherit all things.
(10) Eternally His children.
(11) No more curse that was given because of Adam and Eves fall.
(12) Freedom from ungodly neighbors.

Christ now says to John, It Is Done; I am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give to him that is thirsty of the fountain of the water of life freely.
He that overcomes shall inherit all things and I will be his God and he will be my son (child).
What is meant by It Is Done?
There are twelve things that will be completed at that time:
(1) The evil and sinful condition of earth will be ended.
(2) The heavens and the earth will have been renovated.
(3) All things will be made new.
(4) All rebels are put down.
(5) The minds of people are purged of all possibility of rebellion.
(6) The curse is removed.
(7) Earth has been recovered back to God.
(8) Rebels will have been judged and confined to Hell.
(9) God is again recognized as the supreme ruler of the universe.
(10) God’s original plans, free will, and the universe are revealed and understood.
(11) God’s form of government and the whole universe full of His creations have been vindicated.
(12) God’s throne and headquarters are moved to earth from the Third Heaven, which according to original documents is a planet located in another galaxy within the universe.

Verse 8:
But the fearful: These are the cowardly, craving, vile, worthless, miserable, wretched, and the unhappy along with the following.
Unbelieving: faithless and infidel.
Abominable: To cause to stink, make loathsome, feels disgust, are detestable, have horror of all things, are abominated and polluted with un natural lusts.
Murderers: Those who kill for their religious beliefs without remorse and just for their pleasure.
Whoremongers: Those who commit fornication such as prostitution either male or female.
Sorcerers: These use drugs, enchanted potions, charms, and other enchantments to supernaturally affect the lives of others.
Idolaters: These perform idolatry and immoral acts while in worship of idols such as many cults, Wicca, and Satan worshipers do in their acts of nudity and sexual performance during their ceremonies etc.
All liars: Anyone who lives a false life and makes up lies habitually while pretending to be what they are not.
Original documents also mention Dogs: These are false prophets and homosexuals as the scriptures say (Deut.23:18) (Isa. 56:10-11) (Phil. 3:2) (Rev. 22:15).
They will all have their part in the lake of fire which burns with fire and brimstone (sulfur) and is called the second death which is the final separation from God in Hell for all eternity.

Verse 9 to 23:
John describes The Great City again but in more detail of what he was shown earlier while he was in the spirit.
He says the city has the Glory of God (His brightness) and that it looks like jasper stone (sea green)
but is clear as crystal. It has very high walls and twelve gates that are guarded by angels.
The names of the gates are of the twelve tribes of Israel and each wall has three gates and the walls are located east, north, south, and west.
The walls have twelve foundations in which are the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
The size of the city is squared being the same in height, length, and width.
The walls are 1,500 miles each using the formula of 300ft x 5. The walls are made of Jasper, (sea green crystal).
The city is made of Pure Gold (clear as glass). The foundations of the walls are garnished with precious stones of
Jasper, Sapphire (blue color), Chalcedony (bluish white), Emerald (green), Sardonyx (bluish white and red tint),
Sardius (blood red), Chrysolite (dusky green and yellow tint), Beryl (transparent bluish green),
Topaz (pale green mixed with yellow), Crysoprasus (yellowish green with bluish hue),
Jacinth (red mixed with yellow), Amethyst (purple or violet made of strong blue and deep red)
which was used in the breast plate of the high priest (Ex. 28:17-21).
All twelve gates are made of Pure Pearls. The twelve streets are made of Pure Gold clear as glass and is gold that is not known to anyone on earth.
John says there is no physical temple for God Almighty and The Lamb form the spiritual temple.
The city has no need of the sun or moon for light because the Glorious Brightness of God and The Lamb are the light of it.
Original documents say that the part of earth outside the city will still have light from the sun, moon and stars.
(Gen. 8:22) (Psa. 89:2-3,29, 35-37) (Jer. 31:35-36) (Isa. 30:26)

Verse 24 to 27:
The nations which are saved – These are those who have survived the tribulation and cleansing of earth with fire being protected by God. They will replenish the earth and carry out God’s original plan as He intended for Adam and Eve had they not fallen to sin.
The kings of the earth – They will travel into the city bringing gifts to it forever.
The gates will not be shut by day or night for there will be no night there in the city.
Outside of the city day and night will continue eternally.
There shall in no way enter the city anyone or thing that defiles or performs abominable acts or makes a lie. Only those who’s names are written in The Lamb’s Book of Life will enter.

Revelation chapter 22:
The rivers, streets, and fruit of New Jerusalem:
Verse 1 to 6:
A pure river of the water of life - This is the only one of the twelve great rivers flowing through the twelve gates of the City of God known as New Jerusalem.
Original documents say there will be innumerable fountains of the water of life as well as many lakes and rivers on earth and that they all are crystal clear and pure. John describes one of the twelve streets of the city of New Jerusalem with a river flowing through its center. He says on each side of this river there is a tree of life which bares twelve types of fruit every month and the leaves are for the healing of the nations and they will be on each side of all twelve rivers for 1,500 miles long each.
Original documents say the leaves are for the preservation of the lives of the natural earthly nations and the resurrected saints.
There will be no sickness and no need for healing from disease because eternal health and life will come from the leaves of the trees. (Gen. 3:22-24)
No more curse – The curse came from God when Adam and Eve sinned along with Lucifer in the garden.
God and The Lamb will rule New Jerusalem and their servants will serve them. The servants will be faithful angels, redeemed people, and other angelic creatures that have not rebelled against God. Everyone will be able to look upon God’s face and His name will be in their foreheads (minds).
They will all work with God to administer the affairs of the universe forever.
(Dan. 7:18, 27) (Zech. 14:5) (1st Cor. 6:1-2) 2nd Tim. 2:12)
Christ tells John that these sayings are faithful and true and The Lord God Sent His angel to show His servants and prophets the things that must and will be done soon.

Verse 7 to 11:
Jesus says I will come quickly - Blessed is he that keeps (lives by) the sayings of the prophecy of this book.
John says that after he saw these things which were all the visions shown to him and things he was told, that he fell at the feet of the angel to worship him but the angel told him don’t do it for I am your fellow servant and one of your brethren the prophets who keeps (lives by) the sayings of this book; worship God! Original documents say that this was no angel but a redeemed prophet from times before John who was in his new spiritual body. Now he tells John not to seal up the sayings of this book for the truths of this book are meant to be understood and lived by and not to be hidden from all those who believe.
They are simple and clear to all who believe and are spirit filled but hidden from all who do not believe. (2nd Cor. 4:4)
He that is unjust at death will stay that way eternally. He that is filthy at death will stay that way eternally.
He that is righteous at death will stay that way eternally.
He that is holy at death will stay that way eternally.
Original documents say it’s a fact that as people are at death is the way they will be eternally with no second chance to improve their life and character or even to repent which puts a hole in the teaching of Purgatory where some believe you can be prayed for and still be saved after death. (Heb. 9:27)
Actually that place does not and never has existed.

Verse 12 to 17:
Jesus repeats what He said in verse 7 but ads - My reward is with me to give to everyone according to what they have done while in their earthly bodies. (1st Cor. 3:11-15)
Blessed are they that do – Only those who obey God and live by His commandments are promised eternal life, not those who profess with their mouths and do not obey.
Those who obey – will have the right to the tree of life and to enter into the City of God.
John is told that outside the city are dogs, sorcerers, whoremongers, murderers, idolaters, and whoever loves and makes lies. This was also explained earlier in chapter 21.
Jesus says He sent His angel to tell all of these things in churches.
Original documents say that this means He sent His Holy Spirit filled prophets to all churches.
Christ says He is the root and offspring of David and calls Himself The Bright and Morning Star.
(Num. 24:17)

Verse 18 to 21:
John now warns everyone who hears and reads the words of this Book of Prophecy that if anyone adds to these words or changes them God will put on them the plagues written in this book.
These plagues are eternal Hell and others mentioned throughout the bible.
If anyone takes away any of the words of this book God will take away their part from The Book of Life and will not allow them into His Holy City as well as removing all other promised blessings in this book. John says that Christ who tells these things says – Surely I come quickly.
Then John prays and says let the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen!
